Privacy Policy

The VietBioNet page provides a dataset access request form. If you submit it, we collect your name, email, optional institution, research purpose and consent indication to evaluate the request and reply. We also process correspondence sent directly to our email. We do not provide account registration or on-site payment forms.

The VietBioNet request form transmits submitted details to FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a third-party form-delivery provider, for forwarding to contact@lembem.com. FormSubmit reports that it retains submissions for up to 30 days. The website also uses Google Fonts, Tailwind's hosted script and a hosted background photograph; their servers may receive IP addresses and browser request details. External research links are governed by their own privacy policies.

We use email messages and VietBioNet form submissions to evaluate dataset access requests and respond to research, collaboration and grant enquiries. We do not intentionally sell personal information. A successful form acknowledgement indicates the request service accepted the submission; it does not mean dataset access has been approved.
